\u2022Cinco ejes estrat\u00e9gicos orientan la gobernanza, la inclusi\u00f3n y la modernizaci\u00f3n del municipio<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ATIZAP\u00c1N, M\u00c9X.\u2014 En el marco del 109 aniversario de la Constituci\u00f3n de 1917, el presidente municipal Pedro Rodr\u00edguez Villegas encabez\u00f3 la promulgaci\u00f3n del Bando Municipal 2026, un ordenamiento que actualiza la vida p\u00fablica local y responde a los retos actuales mediante una visi\u00f3n integral de gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el acto protocolario, el alcalde subray\u00f3 que el Bando no es un hecho aislado, sino la continuidad de un modelo de gobernanza que se ha consolidado a lo largo de los tres periodos que ha encabezado, con reglas claras y prioridades definidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CINCO PILARES QUE MARCAN RUMBO<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El nuevo Bando Municipal se estructura en cinco ejes centrales que delinean la acci\u00f3n gubernamental para 2026:
\u2022 Cuidado del agua: Se eleva a prioridad el manejo responsable del recurso, estableciendo una corresponsabilidad entre autoridad y ciudadan\u00eda para su gesti\u00f3n, uso consciente y preservaci\u00f3n.
\u2022 Inclusi\u00f3n y dignidad humana: Se fortalecen los mecanismos de atenci\u00f3n a personas adultas mayores y con discapacidad, garantizando derechos plenos y condiciones de accesibilidad.
\u2022 Vida libre de violencia: Se reafirma la pol\u00edtica de tolerancia cero, con \u00e9nfasis en la prevenci\u00f3n y erradicaci\u00f3n de la violencia contra las mujeres y la consolidaci\u00f3n de espacios seguros.
\u2022 Bienestar animal: La tenencia responsable deja de ser una recomendaci\u00f3n y se convierte en obligaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, sancionando el descuido y promoviendo el respeto a los seres sintientes.
\u2022 Modernizaci\u00f3n y mejora regulatoria: En armon\u00eda con la Ley Nacional para Eliminar Tr\u00e1mites Burocr\u00e1ticos, se impulsa el uso de tecnolog\u00eda para agilizar procesos y facilitar la inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GOBIERNO CERCANO Y FUNCIONAL<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acompa\u00f1ado por integrantes del Cuerpo Edilicio, la presidenta honoraria del DIF, Paty Ar\u00e9valo, el secretario del Ayuntamiento, Edmundo Ranero Barrera, y directores de la administraci\u00f3n municipal, Pedro Rodr\u00edguez destac\u00f3 que el objetivo del Bando es garantizar una convivencia arm\u00f3nica y una relaci\u00f3n clara entre autoridad y ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La promulgaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en el Patio Central del Palacio Municipal y se replic\u00f3 en puntos emblem\u00e1ticos como Calacoaya, la Cabecera Municipal y San Mateo Tecoloapan, con el fin de acercar el documento a la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con la entrada en vigor del Bando Municipal 2026, Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza avanza hacia un gobierno m\u00e1s eficiente, incluyente y preparado para los desaf\u00edos del presente, con normas que buscan traducirse en bienestar cotidiano para la comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
