\u2022Azucena Cisneros celebra dictamen legislativo que reconoce el territorio como parte del municipio<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ECATEPEC, M\u00c9X.\u2013 Luego de m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os de indefinici\u00f3n territorial, la Comisi\u00f3n Legislativa de L\u00edmites Territoriales del Estado de M\u00e9xico aprob\u00f3 en comisiones un dictamen que reconoce oficialmente a La Laguna de Chiconautla como parte del municipio de Ecatepec de Morelos, una resoluci\u00f3n que beneficiar\u00e1 directamente a m\u00e1s de 29 mil habitantes de la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La presidenta municipal, Azucena Cisneros Coss, calific\u00f3 la determinaci\u00f3n como un hecho hist\u00f3rico que devuelve certeza jur\u00eddica y derechos plenos a comunidades que durante d\u00e9cadas enfrentaron abandono institucional y falta de servicios b\u00e1sicos debido al conflicto lim\u00edtrofe con el municipio de Acolman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El dictamen avalado establece que una superficie de 272.82 hect\u00e1reas \u2014que incluye las colonias L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas, Prados San Juan, La Laguna de Chiconautla, as\u00ed como los Juzgados Penales y el tiradero de Chiconautla\u2014 pertenece legalmente a Ecatepec, lo que permitir\u00e1 consolidar acciones de gobierno en materia de infraestructura, agua potable, seguridad y obra p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cisneros Coss subray\u00f3 que este avance no habr\u00eda sido posible sin el respaldo de la gobernadora del Estado de M\u00e9xico, Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez, a quien reconoci\u00f3 por su voluntad pol\u00edtica y compromiso social para resolver un problema que afect\u00f3 a miles de familias durante m\u00e1s de tres d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La alcaldesa explic\u00f3 que la indefinici\u00f3n territorial provoc\u00f3 una doble afectaci\u00f3n a los habitantes, quienes no solo carec\u00edan de servicios, sino que tampoco ten\u00edan claridad sobre a qu\u00e9 municipio exigir atenci\u00f3n, situaci\u00f3n que calific\u00f3 como una forma de revictimizaci\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A pesar de no existir una resoluci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica previa, record\u00f3 que desde el inicio de su administraci\u00f3n se impulsaron acciones en la zona, como rehabilitaci\u00f3n de alumbrado p\u00fablico, mejora de vialidades, suministro de agua, operativos de seguridad y atenci\u00f3n en salud, adem\u00e1s de gestiones legislativas para destrabar el conflicto cuando se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como diputada local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con la aprobaci\u00f3n del dictamen, el gobierno municipal iniciar\u00e1 formalmente los procesos de regularizaci\u00f3n y ampliar\u00e1 la intervenci\u00f3n institucional en La Laguna de Chiconautla, con el objetivo de garantizar servicios dignos y condiciones de desarrollo para la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, Azucena Cisneros agradeci\u00f3 a las y los diputados del Congreso mexiquense por el aval otorgado en comisiones y confi\u00f3 en que, en breve, el pleno legislativo ratifique la resoluci\u00f3n, lo que permitir\u00e1 acelerar las acciones ya en marcha y consolidar la integraci\u00f3n plena de esta comunidad a Ecatepec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
