ATIZAP\u00c1N, M\u00c9X.\u2014 El Gobierno de Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza dio un paso decisivo en materia de prevenci\u00f3n y ordenamiento territorial al incorporar equipamiento de alta tecnolog\u00eda que permitir\u00e1 detectar zonas de riesgo, analizar las condiciones del subsuelo y fortalecer la regularizaci\u00f3n de predios en beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la supervisi\u00f3n del funcionamiento del georradar, resistiv\u00edmetro y sistema audio-magnetotel\u00farico, recientemente adquiridos, el presidente municipal Pedro Rodr\u00edguez Villegas subray\u00f3 que estos instrumentos colocan a Atizap\u00e1n a la vanguardia en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, al tratarse de tecnolog\u00eda que no poseen otros municipios de la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El alcalde explic\u00f3 que, mediante estos estudios, ser\u00e1 posible identificar cavidades, grutas y cavernas, as\u00ed como detectar hundimientos derivados de da\u00f1os en redes de agua potable y drenaje. Adem\u00e1s, los equipos permitir\u00e1n ubicar mantos acu\u00edferos, lo que abre la posibilidad de evaluar, a futuro, la perforaci\u00f3n de nuevos pozos para el abastecimiento de agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pedro Rodr\u00edguez resalt\u00f3 que la inversi\u00f3n realizada tendr\u00e1 un impacto directo en las familias atizapenses, ya que facilitar\u00e1 los tr\u00e1mites de escrituraci\u00f3n de viviendas que actualmente enfrentan restricciones por encontrarse en zonas consideradas de alto riesgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acompa\u00f1ado por el coordinador de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Bomberos y Medio Ambiente, H\u00e9ctor Elorriaga Mej\u00eda, el presidente municipal se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la aplicaci\u00f3n de estudios geof\u00edsicos e hidrol\u00f3gicos permitir\u00e1 actualizar el Atlas de Riesgo de Atizap\u00e1n, ofreciendo un diagn\u00f3stico integral y preciso sobre la situaci\u00f3n del subsuelo en el municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como parte de la primera etapa, los an\u00e1lisis se concentrar\u00e1n en las colonias Tierra de En Medio y Ex Hacienda el Pedregal, donde cerca de mil 468 viviendas se ver\u00e1n beneficiadas al contar con informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica que permitir\u00e1 avanzar en su regularizaci\u00f3n y reducir riesgos para las familias que habitan estas zonas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con esta acci\u00f3n, Atizap\u00e1n consolida una estrategia preventiva basada en la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica, orientada a proteger el patrimonio de sus habitantes y fortalecer el desarrollo ordenado del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
