ECATEPEC, M\u00c9X.\u2013 En una decisi\u00f3n orientada a depurar la corporaci\u00f3n y reforzar la confianza ciudadana, el Gobierno Municipal de Ecatepec determin\u00f3 la desaparici\u00f3n del Agrupamiento de Motopatrullas de la polic\u00eda municipal, luego de que se difundieran denuncias por presuntos actos de extorsi\u00f3n atribuidos a algunos de sus integrantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La presidenta municipal Azucena Cisneros Coss orden\u00f3 la desintegraci\u00f3n inmediata de este grupo especializado tras la circulaci\u00f3n en redes sociales de se\u00f1alamientos de posible corrupci\u00f3n, al tiempo que instruy\u00f3 que los elementos involucrados fueran reasignados a tareas de vigilancia de proximidad social en las comunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como parte de las acciones emprendidas, la alcaldesa solicit\u00f3 a la Unidad de Asuntos Internos de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Seguridad Ciudadana y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal realizar una investigaci\u00f3n exhaustiva para deslindar responsabilidades, por lo que ya se inici\u00f3 un procedimiento administrativo contra quienes resulten responsables de conductas indebidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A partir de este mi\u00e9rcoles, los 50 efectivos y las 40 motopatrullas que conformaban este agrupamiento, considerado t\u00e1ctico para situaciones de alto impacto, fueron incorporados a recorridos preventivos y labores de contacto directo con la poblaci\u00f3n, con el objetivo de fortalecer la prevenci\u00f3n del delito desde un enfoque comunitario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Azucena Cisneros fue enf\u00e1tica al se\u00f1alar que en su administraci\u00f3n no se tolerar\u00e1n pr\u00e1cticas ilegales dentro de la corporaci\u00f3n, y subray\u00f3 que la funci\u00f3n policial debe estar alineada exclusivamente a la protecci\u00f3n de la paz y la tranquilidad de las familias de Ecatepec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La presidenta municipal inform\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que, en lo que va de su gobierno, suman 507 elementos dados de baja por distintos motivos, como parte de un proceso de depuraci\u00f3n institucional. Indic\u00f3 que la polic\u00eda municipal enfrenta el desaf\u00edo de recuperar la confianza ciudadana, lo cual \u2014dijo\u2014 exige actuar con firmeza contra la delincuencia, pero tambi\u00e9n con sensibilidad y cercan\u00eda con la gente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
