\u2022Romina Contreras entrega tercera etapa de estabilizaci\u00f3n del talud en Monte Himalaya<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HUIXQUILUC\u00c1N, M\u00c9X.\u2013 Como parte de las acciones preventivas para salvaguardar la integridad de la poblaci\u00f3n y proteger su patrimonio, el Gobierno de Huixquilucan concluy\u00f3 la tercera etapa de la estabilizaci\u00f3n del talud ubicado en la calle Monte Himalaya, en el fraccionamiento Balcones de la Herradura, una obra solicitada por vecinos ante los riesgos geol\u00f3gicos de la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La presidenta municipal, Romina Contreras Carrasco, encabez\u00f3 la entrega de esta fase del proyecto integral, el cual inici\u00f3 en febrero de 2024 y da continuidad a las peticiones ciudadanas canalizadas mediante el programa \u201cHuixquilucan Contigo 24\/7\u201d. En esta etapa, se intervinieron 280 metros cuadrados de talud, donde se instalaron 44 anclas con una profundidad superior a los 12 metros, con el objetivo de reforzar la estabilidad del terreno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante su mensaje, la alcaldesa subray\u00f3 que la prioridad de su administraci\u00f3n es cumplir compromisos y ejecutar obras con altos est\u00e1ndares t\u00e9cnicos, especialmente aquellas que inciden directamente en la seguridad de las familias. Inform\u00f3 que esta fase requiri\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n de 2 millones 995 mil pesos, que se suma a los 15 millones de pesos aplicados en las etapas anteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La intervenci\u00f3n incluy\u00f3 estudios especializados de ingenier\u00eda geot\u00e9cnica, indispensables para analizar las condiciones del suelo, la geometr\u00eda del talud y la presencia de agua, factores determinantes para prevenir deslizamientos y desprendimientos de tierra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Romina Contreras destac\u00f3 que, tan solo en 2025, el Gobierno de Huixquilucan destin\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 80 millones de pesos a la estabilizaci\u00f3n de taludes en distintos puntos del municipio, con el prop\u00f3sito de evitar derrumbes, cierres de vialidades principales y afectaciones derivadas de la temporada de lluvias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, la directora general de Infraestructura y Edificaci\u00f3n, Jessica Nabil Castillo Mart\u00ednez, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la conclusi\u00f3n de esta tercera etapa representa un esfuerzo significativo del gobierno municipal para desarrollar obras que generen condiciones de mayor seguridad y tranquilidad para la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En representaci\u00f3n de los vecinos, el presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Colonos de Balcones de la Herradura, Mauricio Guizar Maguey, reconoci\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n del Ayuntamiento a una demanda hist\u00f3rica y resalt\u00f3 que se trata de una obra compleja que requiere inversi\u00f3n constante y trabajo permanente, al tiempo que contribuye a la seguridad y plusval\u00eda del fraccionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, el Gobierno de Huixquilucan inform\u00f3 que durante el presente a\u00f1o se pondr\u00e1 en marcha, en Balcones de la Herradura, un programa de reconstrucci\u00f3n de banquetas y guarniciones, con el objetivo de avanzar hacia una infraestructura urbana m\u00e1s accesible y segura para peatones y automovilistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
