IZCALLI, M\u00c9X.\u2013 El alcalde Daniel Serrano Palacios inform\u00f3 que el Gobierno Municipal logr\u00f3 sanear las finanzas p\u00fablicas tras enfrentar en 2025 uno de los escenarios m\u00e1s complejos de su historia reciente, con una deuda acumulada de 2 mil 540 millones de pesos derivada de pasivos laborales, cr\u00e9ditos fiscales y adeudos hist\u00f3ricos con el ISSEMYM, entre otros compromisos heredados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante su conferencia semanal \u201cEl Poder del Pueblo\u201d, el presidente municipal explic\u00f3 que, gracias a la aplicaci\u00f3n de medidas de responsabilidad financiera, el municipio obtuvo un ahorro de 249 millones de pesos, lo que permitir\u00e1 que 2026 cuente con el mayor presupuesto municipal registrado, con impacto directo en seguridad, obras y servicios p\u00fablicos para las familias izcallenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El tesorero municipal, Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Castillo, detall\u00f3 que al inicio de la administraci\u00f3n se enfrentaba el pasivo laboral m\u00e1s alto del pa\u00eds, superior a 2 mil millones de pesos, adem\u00e1s de 13 cr\u00e9ditos fiscales por m\u00e1s de 166 millones, adeudos con el ISSEMYM por 211 millones, una deuda hist\u00f3rica adicional de 81 millones, un cr\u00e9dito bancario con Banorte por 71 millones y la falta de pago de derechos vehiculares por m\u00e1s de 11 millones de pesos al Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ante este panorama, se implement\u00f3 una estrategia financiera integral orientada a evitar el crecimiento de la deuda, prevenir embargos de cuentas bancarias y contener la reducci\u00f3n de recursos federales, escenarios que habr\u00edan afectado gravemente la operaci\u00f3n municipal y la inversi\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como parte de estas acciones, se aplic\u00f3 una contenci\u00f3n estricta del gasto, bajo principios de austeridad republicana, racionalidad y ahorro, lo que permiti\u00f3 cumplir con las obligaciones financieras durante el ejercicio 2025 sin comprometer los servicios esenciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El funcionario precis\u00f3 que se logr\u00f3 el pago total de cr\u00e9ditos fiscales ante el SAT, la liquidaci\u00f3n de adeudos con el ISSEMYM correspondientes a distintos periodos, la cancelaci\u00f3n del cr\u00e9dito bancario con Banorte y la regularizaci\u00f3n de pagos pendientes, con una erogaci\u00f3n total de 435 millones 447 mil 115 pesos, saneando as\u00ed la Hacienda P\u00fablica Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Derivado de este proceso, en diciembre de 2025 la administraci\u00f3n obtuvo una mejora en su calificaci\u00f3n crediticia, otorgada por las agencias HR Ratings y PCR Verum, lo que fortalece la confianza institucional y abre mejores condiciones financieras para el municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con estos resultados, el Gobierno de Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli consolida una nueva etapa de estabilidad econ\u00f3mica que permitir\u00e1 orientar m\u00e1s recursos al bienestar y desarrollo de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
