{"id":17467,"date":"2026-01-17T17:27:39","date_gmt":"2026-01-17T23:27:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=17467"},"modified":"2026-01-17T17:27:41","modified_gmt":"2026-01-17T23:27:41","slug":"impulsa-pedro-rodriguez-incentivos-fiscales-verdes-en-atizapan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=17467","title":{"rendered":"IMPULSA PEDRO RODR\u00cdGUEZ INCENTIVOS FISCALES VERDES EN ATIZAP\u00c1N"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u2022Contribuyentes responsables obtienen descuentos en predial por manejo de residuos y uso de energ\u00eda solar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ATIZAP\u00c1N, M\u00c9X.\u2014 Con el objetivo de promover pr\u00e1cticas responsables con el medio ambiente y reconocer a la ciudadan\u00eda que adopta acciones sustentables, el gobierno municipal de Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza, encabezado por el alcalde Pedro Rodr\u00edguez Villegas, implement\u00f3 un esquema de bonificaciones en el pago del impuesto predial para quienes contribuyan a la preservaci\u00f3n ambiental desde sus hogares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal, se inform\u00f3 que las y los contribuyentes que acrediten el adecuado manejo de residuos s\u00f3lidos urbanos podr\u00e1n acceder a una bonificaci\u00f3n del 10 por ciento en el pago del predial.
