IZCALLI, M\u00c9X.\u2013 Las y los contribuyentes que realicen el pago anticipado del impuesto predial durante el primer trimestre de 2026 contar\u00e1n con una p\u00f3liza de seguros gratuita que contempla protecci\u00f3n patrimonial, servicios de salud y respaldo familiar, tras la aprobaci\u00f3n de este beneficio por el Cabildo de Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la trig\u00e9sima quinta sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del Ayuntamiento, encabezada por el alcalde Daniel Serrano Palacios, fue avalada la Cobertura Integral para la Protecci\u00f3n y Respaldo al Contribuyente, un esquema sin precedentes en el municipio que busca incentivar el cumplimiento oportuno de esta obligaci\u00f3n fiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La p\u00f3liza anual, aprobada por unanimidad del cuerpo edilicio, incluye cobertura por robo a casa habitaci\u00f3n y da\u00f1os derivados de riesgos hidrometeorol\u00f3gicos, adem\u00e1s de asistencia m\u00e9dica y psicol\u00f3gica a distancia, ambulancia terrestre de emergencia y servicios funerarios completos, extensivos a los integrantes de la familia directa del contribuyente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el an\u00e1lisis del punto, la primera s\u00edndica, Mar\u00eda del Carmen Barboza, subray\u00f3 que se trata de una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica innovadora que representa un beneficio tangible para las familias izcallenses. A su vez, el quinto regidor, Omar Mart\u00ednez G\u00f3mez, precis\u00f3 que esta cobertura no sustituye las obligaciones del Gobierno Municipal, sino que opera como un apoyo complementario para la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, el tercer regidor, Fernando Castellanos Cal y Mayor, inform\u00f3 que este beneficio tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 aplicable para quienes realizaron su pago del predial a partir del 1 de enero de 2026, e invit\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n a continuar contribuyendo al desarrollo y mejoramiento del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la misma sesi\u00f3n, el Cabildo aprob\u00f3 el cobro de derechos municipales por la expedici\u00f3n del pasaporte ordinario en la oficina de enlace de la Secretar\u00eda de Relaciones Exteriores en Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli, estableciendo un pago adicional de 280 pesos sobre la tarifa federal correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, se autoriz\u00f3 la reubicaci\u00f3n de la Oficial\u00eda del Registro Civil n\u00famero 3 al centro comercial \u201cArkana Norte\u201d, medida que permitir\u00e1 mejorar la accesibilidad de los servicios registrales para habitantes del sur del municipio, en un espacio de alta afluencia y sin costo para la administraci\u00f3n local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, las y los ediles recibieron el Informe Trimestral del Desarrollo de Actividades de diversas comisiones y turnaron a la Comisi\u00f3n Transitoria de Revisi\u00f3n y Actualizaci\u00f3n de la Reglamentaci\u00f3n Municipal el Bando Municipal 2026, as\u00ed como el Reglamento de Cabildo y de las Comisiones del Ayuntamiento, para su an\u00e1lisis y dictaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
