ATIZAP\u00c1N, M\u00c9X.\u2013 Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza se coloc\u00f3 a la vanguardia a nivel nacional en materia de protecci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, al convertirse en el primer municipio del pa\u00eds en aprobar su Programa Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Integral de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes (PROMUPINNA), instrumento dise\u00f1ado con base en las necesidades espec\u00edficas de la infancia y adolescencia del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la Quinta Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Sistema Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Integral de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes (SIPINNA), se dieron a conocer las l\u00edneas de acci\u00f3n que se implementar\u00e1n a lo largo de 2026, orientadas a garantizar el desarrollo integral, la protecci\u00f3n de derechos y la participaci\u00f3n activa de este sector de la poblaci\u00f3n. La sesi\u00f3n fue encabezada por el secretario del Ayuntamiento, Edmundo Ranero Barrera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el encuentro, el secretario t\u00e9cnico del SIPINNA, Rodrigo S\u00e1nchez de la Pe\u00f1a, subray\u00f3 que Atizap\u00e1n contin\u00faa consolid\u00e1ndose como un referente en la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas en favor de la ni\u00f1ez, situaci\u00f3n que motiv\u00f3 al Instituto Hacendario del Estado de M\u00e9xico a convocar al municipio para colaborar en la actualizaci\u00f3n de la Norma Institucional de Competencia Laboral, que define el perfil profesional de quienes encabezan las procuradur\u00edas de protecci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como parte de las acciones complementarias, la directora de Innovaci\u00f3n y Comunicaci\u00f3n, Jessica D\u00edaz de Le\u00f3n, present\u00f3 una campa\u00f1a digital enfocada en fomentar h\u00e1bitos de alimentaci\u00f3n saludable entre las ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os, iniciativa que busca incidir de manera directa en su bienestar y desarrollo integral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A esta estrategia se sumaron las distintas dependencias municipales que integran el SIPINNA, con el prop\u00f3sito de articular esfuerzos institucionales y fortalecer las acciones que, desde el \u00e1mbito local, se implementar\u00e1n para la protecci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n de los derechos de la ni\u00f1ez y adolescencia en Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
