informaci\u00f3n financiera y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>HUIXQUILUCAN, M\u00c9X.\u2013 El Sistema Municipal DIF Huixquilucan fue reconocido por la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas del Estado de M\u00e9xico tras alcanzar 100 por ciento de cumplimiento en los rubros de Informaci\u00f3n Financiera, Cuenta P\u00fablica y Transparencia, correspondientes al tercer trimestre de 2025, posicion\u00e1ndose como el mejor evaluado a nivel estatal entre 75 entes auditados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El reconocimiento fue otorgado por el Consejo de Armonizaci\u00f3n Contable del Estado de M\u00e9xico (CACEM), luego de concluir la Tercera Evaluaci\u00f3n 2025 del Sistema de Evaluaciones de la Armonizaci\u00f3n Contable (SEvAC), mecanismo que tiene como finalidad fortalecer la transparencia, la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y la correcta toma de decisiones financieras en los entes p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con los resultados, el desempe\u00f1o del DIF Huixquilucan se ubic\u00f3 por encima del promedio estatal trimestral, que fue de 97.52 por ciento, reflejando una gesti\u00f3n ejemplar en el uso y comprobaci\u00f3n de los recursos p\u00fablicos, en beneficio directo de las y los habitantes del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La evaluaci\u00f3n fue realizada de manera conjunta por el CACEM, \u00f3rgano adscrito a la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas estatal, y el \u00d3rgano Superior de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n del Estado de M\u00e9xico (OSFEM), quienes validaron el cumplimiento integral en los procesos de apertura, llenado, validaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n y correcta integraci\u00f3n de evidencias financieras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, la presidenta municipal destac\u00f3 que este resultado es consecuencia de una pol\u00edtica de manejo responsable y transparente de los recursos p\u00fablicos, respaldada por pr\u00e1cticas financieras s\u00f3lidas y alineadas a la normatividad vigente, lo que garantiza que los fondos se destinen de manera eficiente a programas y servicios enfocados en mejorar la calidad de vida de los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el documento oficial, firmado por la secretaria t\u00e9cnica del CACEM, Sonia Isela D\u00edaz Manjarrez, se subraya la necesidad de consolidar los avances alcanzados, reforzando el trabajo institucional para evitar retrocesos y mantener los est\u00e1ndares de cumplimiento en futuras evaluaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que el SEvAC es una herramienta de aplicaci\u00f3n obligatoria para los entes p\u00fablicos del pa\u00eds, ya que permite supervisar el cumplimiento de la Ley General de Contabilidad Gubernamental (LGCG) y de las disposiciones emitidas por el Consejo Nacional de Armonizaci\u00f3n Contable (CONAC), con el objetivo de garantizar homogeneidad, transparencia y claridad en la informaci\u00f3n financiera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este reconocimiento confirma el compromiso del Sistema Municipal DIF Huixquilucan con la integridad administrativa y la correcta fiscalizaci\u00f3n, fortaleciendo la confianza ciudadana en el manejo de los recursos p\u00fablicos y su impacto positivo en las comunidades del
