CUAUTITL\u00c1N, M\u00c9X.\u2013 Como parte del programa de mejora urbana y atenci\u00f3n a comunidades con rezago hist\u00f3rico, el Gobierno Municipal de Cuautitl\u00e1n entreg\u00f3 dos nuevas obras de pavimentaci\u00f3n con concreto hidr\u00e1ulico en la calle Pascual Morl\u00e1n y la Cerrada Teyahualco, vialidades consideradas clave para la movilidad y el tr\u00e1nsito cotidiano en esta zona del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la entrega, la presidenta municipal Juanita Carrillo resalt\u00f3 que estas acciones responden a una estrategia integral para dignificar colonias que por d\u00e9cadas carecieron de infraestructura adecuada, y que hoy comienzan a ver resultados concretos en beneficio de sus habitantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La alcaldesa subray\u00f3 que ambas calles representan un punto de conexi\u00f3n importante entre colonias como Teyahualco, Santa Elena, Las Trojes y \u00e1reas cercanas, lo que permitir\u00e1 una circulaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente y una mejor preparaci\u00f3n para proyectos de mayor alcance, entre ellos el distribuidor vial que se gestiona en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Autoridades municipales detallaron que, aunque inicialmente las obras estaban planeadas con concreto asf\u00e1ltico, tras la aprobaci\u00f3n del Cabildo se determin\u00f3 utilizar concreto hidr\u00e1ulico, material que ofrece mayor resistencia, menor necesidad de mantenimiento y una vida \u00fatil considerablemente m\u00e1s prolongada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los trabajos realizados incluyeron la demolici\u00f3n y reconstrucci\u00f3n de guarniciones y banquetas, la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de l\u00edneas de drenaje, la colocaci\u00f3n de una base hidr\u00e1ulica y una losa de 15 cent\u00edmetros de espesor, reforzada con malla electrosoldada con resistencia de 250 kilogramos por cent\u00edmetro cuadrado, as\u00ed como balizamiento, topes y se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n vial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Juanita Carrillo enfatiz\u00f3 que estas intervenciones forman parte de un plan integral de movilidad, que contempla futuras acciones en la Avenida Teyahualco, la avenida principal de Villas, adem\u00e1s de obras de drenaje y la perforaci\u00f3n de un pozo de agua, con el objetivo de atender una de las demandas m\u00e1s sentidas de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSe trata de obras completas, planeadas y pensadas para durar, no de soluciones temporales. Vamos avanzando con orden, justicia social y visi\u00f3n de futuro\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la edil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al acto acudieron integrantes del Cabildo, directores de \u00e1rea, autoridades municipales y vecinas y vecinos beneficiados, quienes coincidieron en que estas pavimentaciones representan un cambio significativo en la infraestructura y conectividad de la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con la entrega de estas obras, el Ayuntamiento de Cuautitl\u00e1n reiter\u00f3 su compromiso de continuar trabajando colonia por colonia para fortalecer la movilidad, la seguridad vial y el bienestar de las familias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
