\u2022Aprueban est\u00edmulos fiscales en predial y agua potable durante el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NICOL\u00c1S ROMERO, M\u00c9X.\u2013 Con el objetivo de apoyar el gasto de las familias y fomentar el cumplimiento de las contribuciones municipales, el Ayuntamiento de Nicol\u00e1s Romero, encabezado por la alcaldesa Yoselin Mendoza, aprob\u00f3 un amplio paquete de descuentos en el pago del impuesto predial y los servicios de agua potable correspondientes al ejercicio fiscal 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la Trig\u00e9sima Tercera Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria de Cabildo, el cuerpo edilicio aval\u00f3 los programas de est\u00edmulos fiscales que facultan a la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal a aplicar bonificaciones escalonadas en el pago del predial cuando se realice en una sola exhibici\u00f3n: 8 por ciento en enero, 6 por ciento en febrero y 4 por ciento en marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adicionalmente, los contribuyentes que acrediten haber cumplido puntualmente con sus pagos en los dos \u00faltimos ejercicios fiscales podr\u00e1n acceder a incentivos extras de 8 por ciento en enero, 6 por ciento en febrero y 2 por ciento en marzo, como reconocimiento a su responsabilidad fiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El acuerdo contempla un respaldo especial para los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables del municipio, al autorizar un descuento del 34 por ciento para pensionados y jubilados, personas con discapacidad, adultos mayores, viudas, madres o padres solteros sin ingresos fijos, menores en situaci\u00f3n de orfandad \u2014a trav\u00e9s de sus representantes legales\u2014 y personas f\u00edsicas cuyos ingresos diarios no superen dos salarios m\u00ednimos generales vigentes. Para obtener este beneficio, ser\u00e1 indispensable comprobar que el propietario o poseedor habita el inmueble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En materia de servicios h\u00eddricos, el Cabildo tambi\u00e9n autoriz\u00f3 al organismo operador SAPASNIR aplicar descuentos por pago anual anticipado: 8 por ciento en enero, 6 por ciento en febrero y 4 por ciento en marzo, por los servicios de suministro de agua potable, drenaje, alcantarillado y tratamiento de aguas residuales, siempre que el pago se realice en una sola exhibici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, los usuarios cumplidos de SAPASNIR que hayan cubierto puntualmente sus obligaciones en los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os recibir\u00e1n descuentos adicionales del 4 por ciento en enero y 2 por ciento en febrero, mientras que las personas en situaci\u00f3n vulnerable podr\u00e1n acceder a bonificaciones de hasta el 38 por ciento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con estas medidas, el Gobierno Municipal de Nicol\u00e1s Romero refrenda su compromiso de fortalecer la econom\u00eda familiar y promover una cultura de cumplimiento que permita seguir mejorando los servicios p\u00fablicos en beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
