\u2022El alcalde entrega infraestructura estrat\u00e9gica en El Chamizal y vialidades clave para m\u00e1s de 76 mil habitantes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NAUCALPAN, M\u00c9X.\u2014 El presidente municipal de Naucalpan, Isaac Montoya M\u00e1rquez, concluye el 2025 con la entrega de obras de alto impacto que fortalecen la movilidad, modernizan la infraestructura urbana y elevan la calidad de vida de miles de familias, particularmente en zonas que por d\u00e9cadas permanecieron sin atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre los proyectos m\u00e1s relevantes destacan la rehabilitaci\u00f3n integral del Perif\u00e9rico Norte, la intervenci\u00f3n del boulevard Luis Donaldo Colosio y la renovaci\u00f3n con concreto hidr\u00e1ulico del Pol\u00edgono de El Chamizal, que comprende las calles Benito Ju\u00e1rez, Gustavo D\u00edaz Ordaz y Diagonal Centenario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la entrega de estas obras, vecinas y vecinos de El Chamizal reconocieron al alcalde por impulsar la primera intervenci\u00f3n integral en la colonia en m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os, lo que permitir\u00e1 una mejor conexi\u00f3n con comunidades como M\u00e1rtires de R\u00edo Blanco, La Tolva y Centenario, adem\u00e1s de una reducci\u00f3n significativa en los tiempos de traslado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La obra beneficia de manera directa a m\u00e1s de 76 mil habitantes y contempla la modernizaci\u00f3n de un tramo superior a 650 metros lineales, donde se incorpor\u00f3 concreto hidr\u00e1ulico de alta resistencia, alumbrado p\u00fablico con luminarias LED de 50 y 100 watts, as\u00ed como infraestructura hidr\u00e1ulica y de drenaje renovada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uno de los puntos estrat\u00e9gicos intervenidos fue el \u00e1rea conocida como el Asta Bandera de El Chamizal, donde se mejoraron las condiciones de seguridad vial y peatonal, con cruces seguros, nueva iluminaci\u00f3n y trabajos que refuerzan la conectividad de la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, se realizaron obras complementarias que incluyeron la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de banquetas, guarniciones, rampas de concreto premezclado y colocaci\u00f3n de bolardos, con el objetivo de garantizar accesibilidad y mayor seguridad para peatones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Isaac Montoya M\u00e1rquez subray\u00f3 que su administraci\u00f3n prioriza a las comunidades hist\u00f3ricamente olvidadas, con obras profundas que no solo atienden la superficie, sino tambi\u00e9n problemas estructurales como la infraestructura hidr\u00e1ulica obsoleta, la cual durante a\u00f1os fue postergada y hoy representa un riesgo para la salud p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre los trabajos t\u00e9cnicos realizados se incluyen acciones de demolici\u00f3n de carpeta asf\u00e1ltica, nivelaci\u00f3n y compactaci\u00f3n del terreno, renivelaci\u00f3n y colocaci\u00f3n de brocales de tr\u00e1nsito pesado, reparaci\u00f3n de descargas sanitarias y tomas domiciliarias de agua potable. En materia de pavimentaci\u00f3n, se aplic\u00f3 concreto hidr\u00e1ulico MR-42 de 15 cent\u00edmetros de espesor, con aditivos para reducir grietas, adem\u00e1s de reductores de velocidad y se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n vial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El alcalde afirm\u00f3 que estas acciones responden a una visi\u00f3n de largo plazo, orientada a dejar \u201cHuellas de la Transformaci\u00f3n\u201d en Naucalpan, con calles m\u00e1s seguras, servicios funcionales y espacios p\u00fablicos dignos que beneficien no solo al presente, sino a las futuras generaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
