\u2022La alcaldesa reporta m\u00e1s de siete mil atenciones ciudadanas y posiciona al municipio como referente nacional en participaci\u00f3n social<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HUIXQUILUCAN, M\u00c9X.\u2014 El Gobierno Municipal de Huixquilucan, encabezado por la presidenta municipal Romina Contreras Carrasco, fortaleci\u00f3 durante 2025 la atenci\u00f3n directa a la ciudadan\u00eda mediante el programa \u201cHuixquilucan Contigo 24\/7\u201d, una estrategia que permiti\u00f3 dar respuesta a m\u00e1s de siete mil 200 solicitudes ciudadanas relacionadas con tr\u00e1mites, servicios p\u00fablicos, denuncias y reportes comunitarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ATENCI\u00d3N EN CAMPO Y RESPUESTAS INMEDIATAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A lo largo del a\u00f1o, la alcaldesa encabez\u00f3 recorridos semanales junto con los titulares de las distintas \u00e1reas del Ayuntamiento, visitando comunidades de las zonas Tradicional, Popular y Residencial, con el prop\u00f3sito de escuchar de primera mano las demandas sociales y supervisar la correcta prestaci\u00f3n de los servicios p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Romina Contreras destac\u00f3 que este esquema ha permitido acercar el gobierno a la gente, agilizar procesos y resolver problem\u00e1ticas de manera oportuna, apoy\u00e1ndose en herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas y en la coordinaci\u00f3n interinstitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCada jornada es una oportunidad para escuchar y actuar. Huixquilucan Contigo 24\/7 se traduce en resultados concretos que impactan en la calidad de vida de las familias\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la presidenta municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PROGRAMA PERMANENTE Y EN EXPANSI\u00d3N<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante 2025 inici\u00f3 la quinta vuelta del programa, consolid\u00e1ndolo como una estrategia permanente de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana. Desde su creaci\u00f3n, en la primera administraci\u00f3n de Romina Contreras, se han recorrido m\u00e1s de dos mil 500 kil\u00f3metros para llevar los servicios municipales a todas las comunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tan solo este a\u00f1o se realizaron:
\u2022 38 jornadas en la Zona Tradicional
\u2022 30 jornadas en la Zona Popular
\u2022 32 jornadas en la Zona Residencial<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estas acciones fortalecieron la comunicaci\u00f3n directa con la poblaci\u00f3n y fomentaron la corresponsabilidad social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PREVENCI\u00d3N Y COMUNIDAD<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s de atender reportes y solicitudes, durante las jornadas se difundieron campa\u00f1as de prevenci\u00f3n y sensibilizaci\u00f3n sobre adicciones, violencia familiar, violencia de g\u00e9nero y denuncia ciudadana, con el objetivo de construir entornos m\u00e1s seguros y solidarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RECONOCIMIENTO INTERNACIONAL<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como resultado de esta pol\u00edtica de atenci\u00f3n continua, en noviembre de 2025, la alcaldesa Romina Contreras recibi\u00f3 el Premio Internacional ALMA 2025, en la categor\u00eda de Fortalecimiento Institucional, otorgado por la AMMAC y L\u00edderes Mundiales (ALMA), reconocimiento que posiciona a Huixquilucan como un referente nacional en cercan\u00eda ciudadana y gobierno humanista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con estas acciones, el Ayuntamiento refrenda su compromiso de mantener un gobierno abierto, cercano y eficiente, colocando a las y los ciudadanos en el centro de las decisiones p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
