{"id":16780,"date":"2025-12-18T17:35:17","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T23:35:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=16780"},"modified":"2025-12-18T17:35:19","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T23:35:19","slug":"yoselin-mendoza-destraba-proyecto-del-hospital-del-imss-en-nicolas-romero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=16780","title":{"rendered":"YOSELIN MENDOZA DESTRABA PROYECTO DEL HOSPITAL DEL IMSS EN NICOL\u00c1S ROMERO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>\u2022La alcaldesa corrige rezagos legales heredados y garantiza la instalaci\u00f3n de un nosocomio regional de 260 camas<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NICOL\u00c1S ROMERO, M\u00c9X.\u2014 Tras permanecer m\u00e1s de cuatro a\u00f1os detenido, el proyecto del Hospital Regional del IMSS en Nicol\u00e1s Romero finalmente avanza gracias a la intervenci\u00f3n directa de la Presidenta Municipal, Yoselin Mendoza, quien logr\u00f3 resolver las inconsistencias jur\u00eddicas heredadas por la administraci\u00f3n anterior y encaminar una de las obras de salud m\u00e1s relevantes para la regi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La reciente aprobaci\u00f3n un\u00e1nime de la Legislatura local para la desincorporaci\u00f3n del predio de dos hect\u00e1reas donde se edificar\u00e1 el hospital marc\u00f3 un punto de inflexi\u00f3n. Habitantes del municipio reconocieron la gesti\u00f3n de la alcaldesa, quien, en coordinaci\u00f3n con autoridades estatales y federales, destrab\u00f3 un proyecto que incluso estuvo en riesgo de perderse y trasladarse a otro municipio por la falta de certeza legal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De acuerdo con la actual administraci\u00f3n, el gobierno encabezado en su momento por Armando Navarrete dej\u00f3 vicios administrativos y errores jur\u00eddicos que impidieron concretar el plan. Entre ellos, la omisi\u00f3n de integrar correctamente el predio al patrimonio municipal antes de iniciar el proceso de desincorporaci\u00f3n, lo que bloque\u00f3 los tr\u00e1mites ante el Congreso y fren\u00f3 el avance del hospital.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Con la llegada de Yoselin Mendoza, se revis\u00f3 el expediente, se corrigieron los procedimientos legales y se dio cauce institucional a un proyecto estrat\u00e9gico que dotar\u00e1 a Nicol\u00e1s Romero de un hospital de especialidades con capacidad para 260 camas, beneficiando a miles de familias.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cLo que no se resolvi\u00f3 en a\u00f1os, hoy se concret\u00f3 en pocos meses\u201d, se\u00f1alaron vecinos, al destacar que la actual alcaldesa prioriz\u00f3 la gesti\u00f3n, el orden jur\u00eddico y la coordinaci\u00f3n intergubernamental para convertir en realidad una obra largamente esperada.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La administraci\u00f3n municipal subray\u00f3 que este avance no solo recupera un proyecto abandonado, sino que fortalece la infraestructura de salud en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, demostrando que con voluntad pol\u00edtica y trabajo t\u00e9cnico es posible corregir errores del pasado y responder a las necesidades ciudadanas.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022La alcaldesa corrige rezagos legales heredados y garantiza la instalaci\u00f3n de un nosocomio regional de 260 camas NICOL\u00c1S ROMERO, M\u00c9X.\u2014 Tras permanecer m\u00e1s de cuatro a\u00f1os detenido, el proyecto del&hellip; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":16781,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[34],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-16780","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-nicolas-romero"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.9 -
