{"id":1642,"date":"2024-04-02T22:32:18","date_gmt":"2024-04-03T04:32:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=1642"},"modified":"2024-04-02T22:32:20","modified_gmt":"2024-04-03T04:32:20","slug":"huixquilucan-promueve-la-salud-mental-en-estudiantes-con-platica-sobre-emociones-y-depresion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=1642","title":{"rendered":"Huixquilucan promueve la salud mental en estudiantes con pl\u00e1tica sobre emociones y depresi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Especialistas del Centro de Integraci\u00f3n Juvenil ofrecen orientaci\u00f3n en el Colegio de Estudios Cient\u00edficos y Tecnol\u00f3gicos del Estado de M\u00e9xico (CECyTEM) para fomentar el bienestar emocional entre los j\u00f3venes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Huixquilucan, M\u00e9x.- Con el objetivo de concientizar sobre la importancia de la salud mental en los estudiantes, el Gobierno de Huixquilucan imparti\u00f3 la pl\u00e1tica \u201cLas emociones y \u00bfc\u00f3mo identificar la depresi\u00f3n?\u201d en el Colegio de Estudios Cient\u00edficos y Tecnol\u00f3gicos del Estado de M\u00e9xico (CECyTEM), ubicado en la comunidad de San Ram\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de la cual se busca sensibilizar a los alumnos sobre situaciones cotidianas que puedan enfrentar si no cuentan con un adecuado desarrollo emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Especialistas del Centro de Integraci\u00f3n Juvenil acudieron a dicho plantel, donde abordaron con los j\u00f3venes el tema de las emociones y sus beneficios al aprender a manejarlas mediante la toma de mejores decisiones, responder favorablemente a los problemas, as\u00ed como tener una buena comunicaci\u00f3n y relaci\u00f3n con sus compa\u00f1eros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A su vez, se inform\u00f3 a los alumnos que la depresi\u00f3n es un problema de salud y se puede convertir en algo grave si no se trata a tiempo, toda vez que las personas pueden desarrollar enfermedades cardiovasculares, accidentes cerebrovasculares y enfermedades como Alzheimer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos s\u00edntomas para identificar la depresi\u00f3n son baja autoestima, tristeza sin raz\u00f3n, frustraci\u00f3n, poca concentraci\u00f3n, insomnio, cambio de apetito, autolesiones, entre otros, por lo que personal del Centro de Integraci\u00f3n Juvenil llam\u00f3 a la comunidad estudiantil a identificar las principales caracter\u00edsticas de este trastorno para que puedan recibir ayuda oportuna, en caso de requerirlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para prevenir y atender los problemas psicol\u00f3gicos que afectan el bienestar de los habitantes, en 2022, el Gobierno de Huixquilucan abri\u00f3 las puertas del Centro de Psicolog\u00eda, ubicado en el Complejo Rosa M\u00edstica del Sistema DIF municipal, donde se brindan servicios de diagn\u00f3stico, tratamiento y orientaci\u00f3n a personas de todas las edades que requieren apoyo para su salud mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, se realizaron m\u00e1s de 13 mil 600 consultas psicol\u00f3gicas individuales y casi 4 mil 500 orientaciones psicol\u00f3gicas, con el objetivo de brindar bienestar emocional, psicol\u00f3gico y social, procurando la salud mental de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para mayor informaci\u00f3n o agenda de citas m\u00e9dicas en el Centro de Psicolog\u00eda de DIF Huixquilucan, llamar al n\u00famero 55 8284 2752.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Huixquilucan, M\u00e9x.- Con el objetivo de concientizar sobre la importancia de la salud mental en los estudiantes, el Gobierno de Huixquilucan imparti\u00f3 la pl\u00e1tica \u201cLas emociones y \u00bfc\u00f3mo identificar la&hellip; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1643,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[28],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1642","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-huixquilucan"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.9 -
