El acto se realiz\u00f3 en la explanada municipal durante la Tercera Sesi\u00f3n Solemne de Cabildo, con la presencia de la gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez como invitada de honor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su mensaje, Mendoza asegur\u00f3 que su gobierno ha privilegiado la cercan\u00eda con la gente y la atenci\u00f3n directa a las necesidades de cada comunidad. Subray\u00f3 que la transformaci\u00f3n del municipio se construye recorriendo las calles, escuchando a la ciudadan\u00eda y convirtiendo compromisos en acciones reales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>INFRAESTRUCTURA Y AGUA PARA TODOS<br>La alcaldesa inform\u00f3 que este a\u00f1o se ejerci\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica de m\u00e1s de 248 millones de pesos en infraestructura, enfocada en obras que impactan la movilidad, los servicios b\u00e1sicos y los espacios p\u00fablicos. En materia h\u00eddrica, resalt\u00f3 el programa Agua para Todos, con rehabilitaci\u00f3n de pozos, tanques y redes que hoy benefician a m\u00e1s de 60 mil habitantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, destac\u00f3 la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del Vaso Regulador La Colmena, la limpieza de los r\u00edos San Pedro y San Ildefonso, y la modernizaci\u00f3n de drenajes que mejoran las condiciones de vida de 150 mil personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SALUD Y BIENESTAR QUE TRANSFORMAN<br>Mendoza subray\u00f3 que se otorgaron m\u00e1s de 45 mil consultas m\u00e9dicas gratuitas y se aplicaron 5 mil pruebas de detecci\u00f3n de enfermedades. A trav\u00e9s del programa Yo S\u00ed Llevo Salud a tu Comunidad, brigadas de atenci\u00f3n llegaron a m\u00e1s de 15 mil vecinas y vecinos en zonas alejadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los avances m\u00e1s reconocidos fue la creaci\u00f3n del Centro Municipal de Salud Mental (CEMUSAME), donde se han brindado m\u00e1s de 4,300 atenciones psicol\u00f3gicas y terap\u00e9uticas. La alcaldesa afirm\u00f3 que Nicol\u00e1s Romero se ha convertido en referente estatal en este tema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>APOYOS SOCIALES Y DESARROLLO COMUNITARIO<br>Entre los programas emblem\u00e1ticos destac\u00f3 Llanta-T\u00f3n, con m\u00e1s de 5 mil neum\u00e1ticos recolectados para reciclaje, as\u00ed como el fortalecimiento de los Comedores Comunitarios, que hoy suman cinco sedes y sirven m\u00e1s de 2,500 comidas semanales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En materia de derechos de las mujeres, el programa Mirada Violeta brind\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, psicol\u00f3gica y preventiva a m\u00e1s de 14 mil mujeres, consolid\u00e1ndose como una estrategia integral contra la violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EDUCACI\u00d3N, EMPLEO Y MOVILIDAD SOCIAL<br>El gobierno municipal otorg\u00f3 150 becas deportivas, realiz\u00f3 17 ferias de empleo que generaron 1,200 puestos formales y capacit\u00f3 a 850 personas para el autoempleo en oficios y comercio digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En materia de ingresos municipales, Mendoza inform\u00f3 un incremento del 20.8% en recaudaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de la implementaci\u00f3n de 114 cajas m\u00f3viles para facilitar los tr\u00e1mites en todas las colonias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como resultado de gestiones ante el Estado de M\u00e9xico, Nicol\u00e1s Romero cuenta ahora con un M\u00f3dulo Permanente del IMEVIS y dos nuevas Oficial\u00edas del Registro Civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RESPALDO DEL GOBIERNO DEL ESTADO<br>La gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez reconoci\u00f3 el contenido social del informe y reafirm\u00f3 el respaldo a la administraci\u00f3n municipal.
