\u2014Reconocen a Romina Contreras por abrir espacios para mujeres en el sector h\u00eddrico<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LEON, GUANAJUATO.- Huixquilucan volvi\u00f3 a figurar a nivel nacional. La presidenta municipal Romina Contreras Carrasco recibi\u00f3 el Premio Cascos Rosas 2025, en la categor\u00eda \u201cMayor Impulso a la Igualdad de G\u00e9nero\u201d, por las acciones que han permitido que m\u00e1s mujeres participen en \u00e1reas t\u00e9cnicas, operativas y directivas del organismo Aguas de Huixquilucan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El reconocimiento fue entregado por la gobernadora de Guanajuato, Libia Dennise Garc\u00eda Mu\u00f1oz Ledo, durante la XXXVII Convenci\u00f3n Anual y Expo ANEAS 2025, celebrada en Le\u00f3n. La distinci\u00f3n destaca la implementaci\u00f3n local de la iniciativa Cascos Rosas, adoptada en marzo de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contreras subray\u00f3 que su gobierno ha apostado por derribar barreras hist\u00f3ricas. Record\u00f3 que Aguas de Huixquilucan fue el primer organismo del pa\u00eds en contar con una brigada 100% femenina, integrada actualmente por 46 servidoras p\u00fablicas, quienes hoy desempe\u00f1an funciones t\u00e9cnicas, operativas y de liderazgo, garantizando un servicio eficiente y con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La alcaldesa, primera mujer en encabezar Huixquilucan, afirm\u00f3 que este logro forma parte de una pol\u00edtica integral para fortalecer la presencia femenina en todos los niveles de la administraci\u00f3n. Destac\u00f3 que el Ayuntamiento y el gabinete operan bajo criterios de paridad, y que cada pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica del municipio impulsa el desarrollo pleno de las mujeres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la ceremonia, la gobernadora Libia Dennise Garc\u00eda tom\u00f3 protesta a las nuevas integrantes de Cascos Rosas a nivel nacional, resaltando la necesidad de seguir abriendo puertas en un sector donde la presencia femenina era limitada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, la directora general de ANEAS, Patricia Hern\u00e1ndez Mart\u00ednez, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Cascos Rosas se ha convertido en un s\u00edmbolo irreversible de transformaci\u00f3n dentro del sector h\u00eddrico, al fomentar la presencia de mujeres en puestos de mando y decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con este premio, Huixquilucan consolida su liderazgo en igualdad de g\u00e9nero y reafirma su compromiso de construir instituciones m\u00e1s representativas, modernas y justas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
