\u2014M\u00e1s de mil servidores municipales se capacitan para brindar atenci\u00f3n incluyente y sin discriminaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TLALNEPANTLA, M\u00c9X.\u2014 Con la convicci\u00f3n de construir un gobierno cercano, emp\u00e1tico y libre de prejuicios, el presidente municipal Raciel P\u00e9rez Cruz encabez\u00f3 la capacitaci\u00f3n \u201cServicio P\u00fablico sin Discriminaci\u00f3n\u201d, en la que participaron m\u00e1s de mil 200 servidores p\u00fablicos del Ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el encuentro realizado en el Teatro Centenario, el alcalde destac\u00f3 que el objetivo de esta formaci\u00f3n es fortalecer la cultura institucional del respeto y la igualdad, garantizando que toda persona que acuda a una dependencia municipal reciba atenci\u00f3n digna y sin distinciones. \u201cServir con \u00e9tica y sin prejuicios es una obligaci\u00f3n constitucional, pero tambi\u00e9n un acto de humanidad\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u00e9rez Cruz record\u00f3 que el 19 de octubre se conmemor\u00f3 el D\u00eda Nacional contra la Discriminaci\u00f3n, una fecha que invita a reflexionar sobre la necesidad de erradicar el racismo, el clasismo y cualquier forma de exclusi\u00f3n. \u201cDesde Tlalnepantla decimos fuerte y claro: muera la discriminaci\u00f3n en todas sus formas\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, la titular del Consejo Nacional para Prevenir la Discriminaci\u00f3n (CONAPRED), Claudia Morales Reza, reconoci\u00f3 la disposici\u00f3n del gobierno municipal para sumarse a este esfuerzo nacional encabezado por la Presidenta de la Rep\u00fablica, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, que busca visibilizar y atender a quienes hist\u00f3ricamente han sido marginados. \u201cLa inclusi\u00f3n no es un ideal, es una responsabilidad compartida de los tres niveles de gobierno\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La capacitaci\u00f3n, impartida por el Director General Adjunto de Quejas del CONAPRED, Enrique Ventura Marcial, abord\u00f3 temas como La discriminaci\u00f3n desde la mirada social y El \u00e1mbito del servicio p\u00fablico. Con esta jornada, el municipio ha contribuido a que m\u00e1s de 2 mil 600 trabajadores sean sensibilizados en igualdad y perspectiva de g\u00e9nero en los \u00faltimos meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El gobierno de Raciel P\u00e9rez reafirma as\u00ed su compromiso de hacer de Tlalnepantla un municipio incluyente, donde la atenci\u00f3n p\u00fablica se rija por los principios de respeto, diversidad y justicia social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
