\u2014Isaac Montoya anuncia inversiones hist\u00f3ricas por m\u00e1s de 700 millones de pesos en obra p\u00fablica e infraestructura<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NAUCALPAN M\u00c9X.\u2014 El presidente municipal de Naucalpan, Isaac Montoya M\u00e1rquez, present\u00f3 los avances del Programa Anual de Obras P\u00fablicas 2025, que forma parte del Plan para la Regeneraci\u00f3n de Naucalpan, con una inversi\u00f3n superior a 700 millones de pesos, cifra que triplica los recursos destinados por la administraci\u00f3n anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante una conferencia de prensa, el alcalde inform\u00f3 que los recursos provienen de fondos federales, estatales y municipales, con un monto hist\u00f3rico de 297 millones de pesos de inversi\u00f3n propia, destinados principalmente a la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de vialidades, infraestructura hidr\u00e1ulica y equipamiento urbano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Montoya M\u00e1rquez subray\u00f3 que el Programa de Obras del OAPAS contempla 16 proyectos hidr\u00e1ulicos con una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 113 millones de pesos, enfocados en garantizar la distribuci\u00f3n equitativa del agua y atender el rezago heredado en materia de mantenimiento y conexiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, detall\u00f3 que el municipio invertir\u00e1 348 millones de pesos en la reconstrucci\u00f3n de avenidas y calles principales, interviniendo m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de metros cuadrados de carpeta asf\u00e1ltica. \u201cHoy Naucalpan invierte en un solo a\u00f1o lo que antes se hac\u00eda en tres\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el edil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El alcalde tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 el respaldo de los gobiernos estatal y federal, al mencionar obras estrat\u00e9gicas como la L\u00ednea 3 del Mexicable, con una inversi\u00f3n de 4 mil 100 millones de pesos, y la Universidad Rosario Castellanos, con m\u00e1s de 35 millones aportados por el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con programas como COMUNA y Huellas de la Transformaci\u00f3n, la administraci\u00f3n busca potenciar la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y elevar la calidad del espacio p\u00fablico, alcanzando 150 puntos de intervenci\u00f3n en parques, jardines y \u00e1reas urbanas antes de concluir el a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
