{"id":150,"date":"2024-01-09T16:13:52","date_gmt":"2024-01-09T22:13:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=150"},"modified":"2024-01-09T16:13:54","modified_gmt":"2024-01-09T22:13:54","slug":"descuentos-en-predial-para-enfrentar-la-cuesta-de-enero-en-nicolas-romero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=150","title":{"rendered":"Descuentos en Predial para Enfrentar la Cuesta de Enero en Nicol\u00e1s Romero"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El alcalde, Armando Navarrete L\u00f3pez, respalda la econom\u00eda familiar con descuentos significativos durante la 43 Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria de Cabildo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicol\u00e1s Romero, M\u00e9x.- Frente a los desaf\u00edos econ\u00f3micos de la cuesta de enero, el gobierno del alcalde, Armando Navarrete L\u00f3pez, muestra su solidaridad al aprobar un paquete de descuentos durante la 43 Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria de Cabildo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ciudadanos que realicen el pago anual anticipado de su impuesto predial podr\u00e1n disfrutar de descuentos del 8, 6 y 4 por ciento en enero, febrero y marzo respectivamente (correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal 2023). Adem\u00e1s, aquellos contribuyentes cumplidos en los \u00faltimos 2 a\u00f1os recibir\u00e1n bonificaciones adicionales del 8 por ciento en enero, 6 por ciento en febrero y 2 por ciento para el ejercicio fiscal 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un gesto de protecci\u00f3n a los m\u00e1s vulnerables, se otorgar\u00e1n descuentos del 34 por ciento en el pago del predial a pensionados, jubilados, viudas, personas con ingresos inferiores a 3 salarios m\u00ednimos, hu\u00e9rfanos, discapacitados, madres solteras sin ingresos fijos, adultos mayores y aquellos liberados con motivo de amnist\u00eda estatal, correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para propietarios de inmuebles de asociaciones religiosas, instituciones de ense\u00f1anza p\u00fablica y otros contribuyentes no lucrativos, se autorizaron bonificaciones de hasta el 100 por ciento en el pago de predial del ejercicio 2023, aplicables en el ejercicio 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nicol\u00e1s Romero, M\u00e9x.- Frente a los desaf\u00edos econ\u00f3micos de la cuesta de enero, el gobierno del alcalde, Armando Navarrete L\u00f3pez, muestra su solidaridad al aprobar un paquete de descuentos durante&hellip; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":151,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[34],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-150","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-nicolas-romero"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.9 -
