{"id":14654,"date":"2025-10-15T20:25:34","date_gmt":"2025-10-16T02:25:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=14654"},"modified":"2025-10-15T20:25:50","modified_gmt":"2025-10-16T02:25:50","slug":"logra-isaac-montoya-sanear-las-finanzas-de-naucalpan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=14654","title":{"rendered":"LOGRA ISAAC MONTOYA SANEAR LAS FINANZAS DE NAUCALPAN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u2014En solo nueve meses, el gobierno municipal reduce casi el 80% de la deuda heredada y mejora la calificaci\u00f3n crediticia del municipio<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NAUCALPAN, M\u00c9X.\u2013 A nueve meses de iniciar la administraci\u00f3n de la Transformaci\u00f3n en Naucalpan, el presidente municipal Isaac Montoya M\u00e1rquez inform\u00f3 que su gobierno ha logrado sanear las finanzas p\u00fablicas del municipio, al reducir en un 78.9% la deuda heredada por la administraci\u00f3n anterior, equivalente a m\u00e1s de 941 millones de pesos en ahorros comprobables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante una conferencia de prensa, el alcalde destac\u00f3 que este resultado refleja el trabajo responsable y transparente de su administraci\u00f3n, en contraste con los manejos financieros opacos del gobierno anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHoy tenemos soporte t\u00e9cnico y pruebas de que Naucalpan fue entregado endeudado. La diferencia es que nosotros gobernamos con honestidad y planeaci\u00f3n, no con cifras maquilladas\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Montoya M\u00e1rquez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los titulares de Tesorer\u00eda y Consejer\u00eda Jur\u00eddica, Claudia Oyoque y Carlos Villasana, detallaron que la pasada administraci\u00f3n dej\u00f3 adeudos superiores a mil 194 millones de pesos, incluyendo obligaciones con el SAT, el Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico y el ISSEMYM, muchos de los cuales ni siquiera estaban registrados contablemente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias a la estrategia implementada por el gobierno actual, se han logrado importantes ahorros que permitir\u00e1n invertir en obra p\u00fablica y programas sociales sin riesgo de embargos ni par\u00e1lisis administrativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMientras el gobierno pasado apenas ejecut\u00f3 30 millones de pesos en obras con recursos propios durante tres a\u00f1os, nosotros destinaremos cerca de 240 millones solo en este primer a\u00f1o\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 el alcalde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tesorera municipal inform\u00f3 que se dise\u00f1\u00f3 un presupuesto funcional y sostenible, con una meta recaudatoria de seis mil millones de pesos, priorizando la atenci\u00f3n social y el control del gasto corriente. Adem\u00e1s, se instal\u00f3 el Comit\u00e9 de Depuraci\u00f3n de Cuentas Contables, que permitir\u00e1 transparentar y corregir los registros financieros ante el OSFEM y las instancias correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El saneamiento financiero ha tenido un impacto directo en la confianza crediticia: las agencias HR Ratings y Verum elevaron la calificaci\u00f3n del municipio de BBB- a BBB+, mientras que el cr\u00e9dito estructurado fue ratificado y elevado a la m\u00e1xima nota AAA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, Montoya M\u00e1rquez inform\u00f3 que el gobierno ya trabaja en convenios dentro del Programa de Regularizaci\u00f3n de Adeudos de Cr\u00e9ditos Fiscales Federales, lo que permitir\u00e1 obtener devoluciones significativas y continuar fortaleciendo las finanzas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNaucalpan avanza con orden, transparencia y resultados.
