{"id":14451,"date":"2025-10-08T17:13:02","date_gmt":"2025-10-08T23:13:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=14451"},"modified":"2025-10-08T17:13:04","modified_gmt":"2025-10-08T23:13:04","slug":"naucalpan-se-suma-a-la-estrategia-cera-para-el-bienestar-animal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=14451","title":{"rendered":"NAUCALPAN SE SUMA A LA ESTRATEGIA CERA PARA EL BIENESTAR ANIMAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>\u2014El alcalde Isaac Montoya firma convenio con la gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez para fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n de los seres sintientes<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NAUCALPAN, M\u00c9X.\u2013 El presidente municipal Isaac Montoya M\u00e1rquez firm\u00f3 junto con la gobernadora del Estado de M\u00e9xico, Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez, el convenio de la Estrategia CERA (Captura, Esteriliza, Educa, Resguarda, Retorna y Adopta), con el objetivo de impulsar un modelo integral de bienestar y justicia hacia los animales en situaci\u00f3n de calle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Durante el acto realizado en el Palacio de Gobierno estatal, Montoya refrend\u00f3 el compromiso de Naucalpan con la protecci\u00f3n de los seres sintientes y destac\u00f3 que el municipio avanza en la consolidaci\u00f3n del Centro de Bienestar Animal, espacio que busca garantizar condiciones dignas de resguardo y atenci\u00f3n para perros y gatos abandonados.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El alcalde se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, adem\u00e1s de fortalecer la infraestructura municipal, se han puesto en marcha campa\u00f1as de adopci\u00f3n responsable para ofrecer un hogar a animales en situaci\u00f3n vulnerable, contribuyendo as\u00ed al control \u00e9tico de la poblaci\u00f3n canina y felina.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Por su parte, la gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez subray\u00f3 que la Estrategia CERA representa una ruta \u00e9tica y humanista para transformar la vida de los seres sintientes, promoviendo una cultura de respeto y empat\u00eda que reconoce a los animales como parte de la comunidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La mandataria estatal destac\u00f3 que esta pol\u00edtica requiere del trabajo conjunto entre los gobiernos estatal y municipales, la sociedad civil y las organizaciones protectoras, a fin de reducir la sobrepoblaci\u00f3n animal y fomentar la educaci\u00f3n sobre el cuidado responsable.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Con la incorporaci\u00f3n de Naucalpan a esta estrategia impulsada por la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Parques Naturales y de la Fauna (Cepanaf), el gobierno municipal reafirma su compromiso con la vida, la justicia y el bienestar animal, como parte de una gesti\u00f3n que busca un entorno m\u00e1s sustentable y compasivo para todos los seres vivos.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2014El alcalde Isaac Montoya firma convenio con la gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez para fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n de los seres sintientes NAUCALPAN, M\u00c9X.\u2013 El presidente municipal Isaac Montoya M\u00e1rquez firm\u00f3 junto con&hellip; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":14452,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-14451","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-naucalpan"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.9 -
