{"id":12967,"date":"2025-08-17T16:43:26","date_gmt":"2025-08-17T22:43:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=12967"},"modified":"2025-08-17T16:43:28","modified_gmt":"2025-08-17T22:43:28","slug":"mariela-gutierrez-exige-ley-de-desarrollo-metropolitano-para-fortalecer-la-cooperacion-entre-municipios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=12967","title":{"rendered":"MARIELA GUTI\u00c9RREZ EXIGE LEY DE DESARROLLO METROPOLITANO PARA FORTALECER LA COOPERACI\u00d3N ENTRE MUNICIPIOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>*La Senadora de Morena advierte que no basta con respaldar pol\u00edticamente, los ayuntamientos deben asumir su responsabilidad en la agenda regional<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TIZAYUCA, HGO.\u2013 La senadora mexiquense Mariela Guti\u00e9rrez Escalante hizo un llamado a consolidar un marco regulatorio que garantice la cooperaci\u00f3n intermunicipal, al participar en el Primer Di\u00e1logo Intermunicipal de Coordinaci\u00f3n para el Desarrollo de la Zona Norte del Valle de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La legisladora de Morena se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la Ley de Desarrollo Metropolitano sigue siendo un tema pendiente en el Congreso, pese a que desde hace varias legislaturas se ha buscado su aprobaci\u00f3n. \u201cEs momento de valorar seriamente la pertinencia de contar con un marco normativo que brinde certeza a los municipios y bienestar a la poblaci\u00f3n\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la tambi\u00e9n presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Zonas Metropolitanas y Movilidad del Senado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, Guti\u00e9rrez Escalante destac\u00f3 que los polos de desarrollo planteados por los gobiernos de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n solo tendr\u00e1n \u00e9xito con una gobernanza intermunicipal s\u00f3lida y eficiente. En ese sentido, adelant\u00f3 que propondr\u00e1 la realizaci\u00f3n de foros en la C\u00e1mara de Senadores para escuchar de manera directa las problem\u00e1ticas municipales y transformarlas en reformas legales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al abordar el papel de los ayuntamientos, la senadora fue clara: \u201cLos municipios no pueden limitarse a aplaudir a la Presidenta o a un partido pol\u00edtico; tienen que contribuir de manera real al desarrollo metropolitano\u201d, advirti\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guti\u00e9rrez Escalante subray\u00f3 que la movilidad es un eje transversal, pues impacta en temas como seguridad, desarrollo urbano y medio ambiente, por lo que debe atenderse de manera integral en la agenda metropolitana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En presencia de autoridades estatales y municipales, entre ellas las presidentas de Tizayuca, Gretchen Alyne Atilano Moreno, y de Tec\u00e1mac, Rosi Wong Romero, la senadora record\u00f3 que desde la comisi\u00f3n que encabeza se han impulsado iniciativas, minutas y exhortos a los tres niveles de gobierno para consolidar un marco jur\u00eddico que permita elevar la calidad de vida de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta postura, Mariela Guti\u00e9rrez refrenda su compromiso legislativo de colocar la coordinaci\u00f3n intermunicipal en el centro de la transformaci\u00f3n regional del Valle de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*La Senadora de Morena advierte que no basta con respaldar pol\u00edticamente, los ayuntamientos deben asumir su responsabilidad en la agenda regional TIZAYUCA, HGO.\u2013 La senadora mexiquense Mariela Guti\u00e9rrez Escalante hizo&hellip; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":12968,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[44],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-12967","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-senado"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.9 -
