{"id":11761,"date":"2025-06-19T16:39:58","date_gmt":"2025-06-19T22:39:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=11761"},"modified":"2025-06-19T16:40:00","modified_gmt":"2025-06-19T22:40:00","slug":"destaca-senadora-mariela-gutierrez-inicio-de-obra-hidraulica-en-chalco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=11761","title":{"rendered":"DESTACA SENADORA MARIELA GUTI\u00c9RREZ INICIO DE OBRA HIDR\u00c1ULICA EN CHALCO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>El colector pluvial proteger\u00e1 a miles de familias ante lluvias intensas en el oriente del Edom\u00e9x<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.\u2013 La senadora mexiquense Mariela Guti\u00e9rrez Escalante reconoci\u00f3 el arranque de los trabajos del Colector Pluvial Chalco, una obra de infraestructura h\u00eddrica que ayudar\u00e1 a mitigar los efectos de las lluvias torrenciales y prevenir inundaciones como las ocurridas el a\u00f1o pasado en esta zona del Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Guti\u00e9rrez Escalante, quien preside la Comisi\u00f3n de Zonas Metropolitanas y Movilidad en el Senado, elogi\u00f3 el esfuerzo conjunto del Gobierno federal y estatal, as\u00ed como el trabajo t\u00e9cnico de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua (Conagua), que en apenas cuatro meses ha avanzado significativamente en la construcci\u00f3n de este sistema de drenaje.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La legisladora indic\u00f3 que el colector \u2014con una longitud de 1,800 metros y un di\u00e1metro de 2.44 metros\u2014 permitir\u00e1 un mejor manejo de aguas residuales y pluviales, beneficiando a una regi\u00f3n densamente poblada del Valle de M\u00e9xico que ha sufrido hist\u00f3ricamente por la falta de obras de infraestructura.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Record\u00f3 que en 2024 se registraron algunas de las lluvias m\u00e1s intensas de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, con afectaciones que se extendieron durante meses. En ese sentido, cit\u00f3 a la UNAM, que document\u00f3 c\u00f3mo una tromba del 2 de junio descarg\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 10 millones de metros c\u00fabicos de agua en pocas horas, lo equivalente al volumen de la presa Mad\u00edn.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La senadora hizo un llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda a colaborar evitando tirar basura en las calles, ya que la acumulaci\u00f3n de desechos agrava las condiciones de riesgo durante la temporada de lluvias. Exhort\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n a los gobiernos municipales a promover campa\u00f1as de concientizaci\u00f3n para mantener limpia la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el avance de obras como esta forma parte del compromiso de revertir el abandono que por a\u00f1os ha padecido el oriente del Estado de M\u00e9xico, donde habitan cerca de nueve millones de personas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Finalmente, inform\u00f3 que en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas se realizar\u00e1n trabajos complementarios en la zona, como la conclusi\u00f3n de las cajas pluviales, la nivelaci\u00f3n del terreno y la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del pavimento en la calle Solidaridad. Se estima que estas labores concluyan hacia finales de julio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cM\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la t\u00e9cnica, tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 la cultura: en el Valle de M\u00e9xico, hablar de lluvias es hablar de Tl\u00e1loc.
